Initial Inspection
We verify the problem, inspect the scooter or e-bike, and check for visible damage, loose connections, damaged wiring and other obvious issues.
Every repair starts with a systematic diagnosis. We test the scooter or e-bike to identify the actual cause of the problem before recommending parts or repairs.

Electrical Testing
We test the battery, wiring, controller, throttle, brakes, motor and other electrical components as needed.
We explain what we found and the recommended repair before moving forward with additional parts or work.
03 Identify the Fault
Test results are used to isolate the actual failed component or system before we recommend replacement parts.
04 Customer Approval
After the repair is completed, the scooter or e-bike is tested again to verify proper operation before it goes back to you.

Service Policies & Fees
$50 Diagnostic Fee
A $50 diagnostic fee is required at drop-off for all repair evaluations. This fee covers the initial inspection and troubleshooting of your electric scooter, e-bike, or other electric ride.
If you approve the recommended repair, the $50 diagnostic fee will be credited toward your total repair cost.
If you decline the repair, only the $50 diagnostic fee is owed.
$20 Daily Storage Fee
Customers will be notified when their equipment is ready for pickup.
After two documented pickup notifications or contact attempts, a storage fee of $20 per day will begin 24 hours after the second notification if the equipment remains uncollected.
30-Day Unclaimed Equipment Policy
Equipment remaining in our possession for 30 consecutive days without communication from the owner will be considered unclaimed.
Re-Motion E-Ride Repair reserves the right to pursue applicable legal procedures for unclaimed property, including required notices and lawful sale or disposal where permitted by Texas law.
Customers remain responsible for applicable diagnostic, repair, and storage charges.
$250 Nonrefundable Repair Deposit
Any repair with an estimated total cost exceeding $500 requires a $250 nonrefundable deposit before parts are ordered or repair work begins.
The $250 deposit will be applied toward the customer's total repair cost.
If the customer cancels the repair after authorizing the work, the deposit is nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the repair and must be paid before the equipment is released.
